Pulled Pork

Our specialty item is Pulled Pork. We have three different flavors to choose from and all of them are smoked all day over Hickory or Apple Wood. The three choices are with our famous Black Pepper Rub, Sweet Brown Sugar Rub or Regular.
Our Black Pepper Rub has been keeping people coming back for years to taste the wonderful mixture of smoke and spices. The Black Pepper Rub is not for those who cant handle a little spicy kick, it can sometimes pack a punch.
The Sweet Brown Sugar Rub is a in a league of its own when it comes to great tasting Pulled Pork. With its sweet flavor and amazing smell it will leave you craving more for weeks.
We have prepared hundreds of pounds of Pulled Pork in all three flavors, and there is a reason that this is our highest demanded main dish. Try it for yourself.

Beans

There are several different ways to prepare beans for your event. They could be plain Pinto Beans, or add in some Smoked Bacon and some Onions. Or they could be Navy Beans with Ham and Green Onions. If you want to stay Traditional though, Pinto is the Bean of choice. With the perfect flavor to compliment any meal the Pinto can be prepared in many different ways. Our favorite is with Bacon and Green Onions with a little Spice added.
Its hard to have a BBQ meal without some kind of Beans, so pick yours today.

Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs

We love the good old fashion Hot Dog, but we just like to spice it up a little bit more. With your choice of Smoked, Maple or Regular Bacon these Dogs are so delicious your whole family will be coming back for more. With gourmet White or Wheat Buns and all the fixings this is how Hot Dogs should be prepared.
Treat your taste buds to a treat and order them stuffed with Cheese.

Smoked Brisket

All the meats we cook are cooked on the Smoker. Apple and Hickory are our woods of choice and both give great flavors to the meats and whatever else you are smoking.
But, one of our favorite meats to smoke is the Brisket. An American favorite, the Brisket is soft, tender, juice, colorful and bursting with flavor. Our Briskets are slow smoked with one of our rubs, it could be spicy, peppery, sweet or regular. All of them are delicious and our Black Pepper rub is by far the most popular.  Try it today.

When you get a smoked piece of meat and it is pink all the way around it that means it was smoked to perfection. The pink rings show how far the smoke penetrated into the meat, giving it that amazing smokey flavor.

Steaks

We don't often do steaks but when we do they are cooked to perfection and made to order. Our favorites are the Rib-eye, Filet Mignon and Strip Steak. Cooked over the BBQ and prepared in several different ways according to your desires our steaks are to die for.

Corn Bread Muffins

Our sweet Cornbread Muffins and So good you'll keep coming back for more. Baked with our special mix these Muffins are the perfect compliment to any meal. Slather on some honey and butter and these are the best Muffins you'll eat for a long time to come.
They are even good as a desert or after meal snack.

Slow Cooked Corn on the Cob

By leaving the Corn Husk on while barbecuing you trap in the moisture and flavor of the corn. Soak it in lightly salted water beforehand and it will come out tasting delicious and very moist. Add a little butter and salt and this is a favorite among the traditional barbecue side dishes.

Bacon Wrapped Green Beans

This is a favorite side dish for most who have tried it.
Fresh Green Beans wrapped up in a Hickory Smoked Bacon Strip. You can eat this with your hands or with a fork and knife. Always flavorful and always fun to have and your guests will love them.
